Dr. Joshua L. Penner is a graduate Cum Laude of the prestigious University of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland Oregon, and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. Dr. Penner comes from previous experience in private practice in the Seattle area, and brings with him a depth of knowledge about the latest techniques in scientific, evidence based chiropractic care and spinal rehabilitation, a firm belief in the healing power of the human body and an unwavering commitment to the health of the Magnolia area community in Seattle.

Born and raised in southern Alberta near Calgary, Dr. Penner grew up skiing and snowboarding down the epic slopes of the Canadian Rockies near Banff and playing competitive sports in high school and college including basketball, baseball, badminton, volleyball and hockey. His love of life and movement has resulted in a vibrant lifestyle, and when he is not treating patients you can find him training for a trail marathon or triathlon, riding one of his motorcycles, playing guitar or reading a good historical fiction novel.
